TaShea “Shea” Scott
Esthetician/Hairweaving Instructor
Shea Scott is a Dallas TX native, mom of 2, the 4th licensed lash instructor in Texas, holding her Cosmetologist license as an Esthetician /Hairweaving Specialist and a pioneer of private beauty school culture of her generation. Since 2017, she has trained thousands of women and men through her certifications and state-licensed Esthetician beauty school, building a legacy of excellence in beauty education.
In November 2018, Shea founded iBeauty Academy with a mere dream plus a mission to transform the culture of beauty education—blending teaching, engagement, entrepreneurship, and mentorship into one comprehensive experience.
As a master lash artist and waxologist, Shea brings hands-on expertise to every lesson. She also provides facials, finding fulfillment in creating moments of relaxation for her clients. Beyond the treatment room, Shea wears many hats—mom, entrepreneur, educator, and life/business coach—bringing her whole self to every student who walks through her doors.
Her innovative approach has yielded remarkable results: a 95% passing rate for graduates with Esthetician, Eyelash Extensionist and Hairweaving licensees, proving that her methods work. Bringing on amazing, educated and talented instructors who reciprocate the same mission helps make this beauty school continue to thrive.
Shea’s teaching philosophy is simple: be intentional. With a creative, engaging approach and genuine investment in each student’s journey, she has built a thriving program that speaks for itself through the success stories of her graduates. For Shea, lashing and being a Beauty school owner isn’t just a career—they’re her ministry, and she thrives on empowering the next generation of beauty bosses. Heavenly a licensed aesthetician with years of hands-on experience in the beauty industry, dedicated to helping clients and students look and feel their absolute best. My passion for skincare and beauty is rooted in both advanced training and a genuine love for the beauty industry.
I hold my aesthetic’s license as well as professional certifications. I’m continuously invested in ongoing my education to stay current with the latest techniques, products, and industry standards. Whether you’re seeking healthy, glowing skin, corrective treatments, or expert guidance to become a skincare specialist , my goal is to provide services that are both effective and relaxing. As a graduate of iBeauty Academy and being back as an instructor is a great feeling.

Tam Jones
Tamara Jones, professionally known as Tam Nicole, is a licensed medical esthetician and the visionary behind Tam Nicole Esthetics Studios and Spa. With over 20 years of hands-on experience in the beauty and wellness industry, Tamara is renowned for her results-driven treatments, warm client-centered approach, and unwavering commitment to excellence.
Her journey began at the prestigious Ogle School in Fort Worth, Texas, and was further enriched through advanced medical esthetics training under Dr. Phathy Pham at the Dallas Institute of Medical Esthetics. Tamara’s expertise spans a wide range of services, including custom facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, microneedling, full body waxing, lash and brow tinting, teeth whitening, and professional makeup application.
